How to measure your foot (so your Loon’r boots fit just right)

Grab a piece of paper and place it on the floor. Stand on it with your weight slightly forward so your foot is nice and flat.
Use a pen or pencil to mark two lines – one behind your heel and one in front of your longest toe. One foot might be a little bigger, so measure both and use the larger number.
Measure the distance between those two lines. That number is your foot length – match it to the chart (IN or CM) above to find your size.

Pro tip: Measure at the end of the day when your feet are at their biggest. Your boots should feel good from morning coffee to late-night snowball fights.

Sizing wisdom

We recommend sizing down half a size if you’re between numbers (for example, if you’re a 9.5, choose a 9).
The liners stretch a bit after a few wears, so a little snug out of the box often becomes perfect with light use.

If they feel snug (not squished) at first, that’s usually a good sign. The liners will shape to your feet and keep them comfy on every adventure. Measure twice, buy once — your feet will thank you.

From an honest New Englander

I was looking for a lightweight and functional winter boot that made a bit of a statement. I wear them before and after snowboarding, and around town in winter. They're warm, LIGHT, and even in 16 inches of snow, my feet and ankles stay dry when I put my snowpants over the booties.

Giving 4 stars and not 5 only because when walking up flights of stairs or up a steep hill, the front of the boot hits my shin over and over again. Even when cinched up! Not great for a hike or a long walking tour because of this.

Excellent boots! Wore the Lo Riders for a full weekend of junior alpine ski racing and my feet were toasty! Even on the cold (-10 air, -30 wind chill) race hill! The easy slip on/off make them great for big, active weekends! Great purchase!
