Here at Loon’r, we want you to love your boots as much as we do. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange options.
Free Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges on all unworn, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of your original purchase. Just let us know, and we’ll get you the right pair—easy and at no cost to you.
Returns
If you need to return your purchase, we gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a $13 return shipping fee.
However, we offer a Free Returns Option at checkout. For $3.98, you can choose to opt into this service, which allows you to return your order with no additional charge if needed. This option is designed to give you peace of mind and a truly hassle-free return experience.
The Nitty Gritty:
- Footwear must be unworn and tested only on carpeted surfaces. Returned boots should show no signs of wear and must be in their original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Defective products? If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
- Click THIS LINK, enter your Order Number and Zip Code and we will walk you through the rest of the process.
- For exchanges, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.
- For returns, once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll deduct $13 from your refund unless you opted for the $3.98 Free Returns option at checkout (we recommend this option).
- Ship the unworn item(s) back to us in their original packaging.
