How shipping works

• Boots ship free. Always. Everything else ships at a flat $12.99.
• Out the door fast. Order by 12pm CST, Monday through Friday, and it ships the same day. Miss the cutoff and it goes the next business day.
• FedEx Ground or USPS Ground. Whichever gets them to your door quicker.
• Shipping within the US for now. Up in Canada and want a pair? Reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Pre-orders

• Summer 2026: reserve your boots as a pre-order. We charge your card when you order, and the first pairs ship this fall. The estimated ship date is shown on every product page and at checkout.
• Cancel anytime before it ships. Email hello@loonr.com before your pre-order leaves the warehouse and we'll refund you in full. No questions.
• If the date moves, you decide. We build in small batches, so timing can shift. If we can't ship by the date we promised, we'll email you with the new estimate and the choice to keep waiting or take a full refund.
• Your clock starts when they land. Your 30-day return and exchange window starts on the delivery date, not the day you order and not the day we ship. No window burned while you wait. From there, pre-orders get the same free returns and exchanges as everything else on this page.

• Your 30 days start when the boots land. Not the day you ordered, not the day we shipped. Delivery date. Pre-orders included.
• What counts is when you ask. Email us by day 30 and you're inside the window, even if the boots take a few more days to make it back to us.
• Then get them moving within 14 days. Once we send your label, the carrier needs to scan the box within two weeks. Miss that and the return window closes.
• Real defects are always covered. Separate from the return window, the Yuckproof Guarantee handles manufacturing defects for 12 months on boots and 90 days on liners. An actual problem is always a different conversation.
• Holiday gifts get room to breathe. Anything ordered between November 25 and December 24 is free to return or exchange through January 15. Shop early, gift confidently.

The nitty gritty

• Footwear must be unworn. Tested only on carpeted surfaces. If they've been outside, they're yours.
• Original packaging. The box matters. Keep it together until you're sure.
• Final sale items are final sale. Anything marked as such is non-returnable.
• Defective? That's a Yuckproof situation. Reach out and we'll make it right. That's the guarantee.

How to start:

   Email hello@loonr.com. Include your order number and what you'd like to do (exchange, return, or both).

   We'll send you instructions + a shipping label. Usually within a business day. Print, pack the boots in their original packaging, and drop them with the carrier.
3. 03
   For exchanges: as soon as we see the tracking move, we ship your replacement.
4. 04
   For returns: once they arrive, we inspect and refund the full purchase price. Return shipping is on us.
