If you and the boots aren't friends, that's on us, not you. Here's how it works.

How shipping works

  • Boots ship free. Always. Everything else ships at a flat $12.99.
  • Out the door fast. Order by 12pm CST, Monday through Friday, and it ships the same day. Miss the cutoff and it goes the next business day.
  • FedEx Ground or USPS Ground. Whichever gets them to your door quicker.
  • Shipping within the US for now. Up in Canada and want a pair? Reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Pre-orders

  • Summer 2026: reserve your boots as a pre-order. We charge your card when you order, and the first pairs ship this fall. The estimated ship date is shown on every product page and at checkout.
  • Cancel anytime before it ships. Email hello@loonr.com before your pre-order leaves the warehouse and we'll refund you in full. No questions.
  • If the date moves, you decide. We build in small batches, so timing can shift. If we can't ship by the date we promised, we'll email you with the new estimate and the choice to keep waiting or take a full refund.
  • Your clock starts when it ships. Your 30-day return and exchange window and your Yuckproof Guarantee both start the day your pre-order ships, not the day you order. No window burned while you wait. From there, pre-orders get the same free returns and exchanges as everything else on this page.

Boots not for you?

Free returns within 30 days on unworn boots. We cover the shipping. No opt-in, no fee, no catch.

Our Promise to You

Free shipping, free exchanges, free returns. No catches.

We ship the boots to you on us. If you and them don't click, ship them back on us too. No opt-in box to check, no return-shipping line item, no fee deducted from your refund. The easiest decision is the right one.

The nitty gritty

  • Footwear must be unworn. Tested only on carpeted surfaces. If they've been outside, they're yours.
  • Original packaging. The box matters. Keep it together until you're sure.
  • Final sale items are final sale. Anything marked as such is non-returnable.
  • Defective? That's a Yuckproof situation. Reach out and we'll make it right. That's the guarantee.

How to start:

    Email hello@loonr.com. Include your order number and what you'd like to do (exchange, return, or both).
  2. 02
    We'll send you instructions + a shipping label. Usually within a business day. Print, pack the boots in their original packaging, and drop them with the carrier.
  3. 03
    For exchanges: as soon as we see the tracking move, we ship your replacement.
  4. 04
    For returns: once they arrive, we inspect and refund the full purchase price. Return shipping is on us.
