At Loon'r, we believe life’s too short to have cold, wet, or uncomfortable feet. That's why we're committed to making sure our boots keep you happy and cozy for as long as they possibly can. Our limited warranty is designed to ensure you get the most out of your Loon'r boots, so you can focus on enjoying the great (and sometimes chilly) outdoors.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Warranty Period: We’ve got you covered for 1 year from the date of purchase against any unexpected hiccups in materials or workmanship. Consider it our way of saying, “We’ve got your back (and your feet)!”
  • Waterproof Guarantee: Step boldly into those puddles! Loon'r waterproof boots are guaranteed to keep your feet dry for 12 months from the date of purchase. 
  • Proof of Purchase: Keep that receipt handy—like a golden ticket to the world of warm, dry feet. You'll need it to make a warranty claim.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If there’s a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll fix it, no questions asked.
  • Waterproofing Issues: If your waterproof boots decide they’d rather be aquariums within the first 365 days, we’ll make sure they’re promptly replaced.
  • Removable Liners: Liner Blowout? Not on our watch! Covered for six months from date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: We love how much you love your Loon’rs, but like all good things, they can’t last forever. Scuffs, scratches, and general signs of adventure? Those are badges of honor, not defects. Wear them with pride.
  • Damage from Misuse: Our boots are tough, but they’re not invincible. If you’ve put them through the wringer (or a bonfire, heater, boot warmer, heat source), that’s on you. But hey, we get it—adventure happens.
  • Environmental Damage: Fire, floods, avalanches, and other Acts of Nature? We can’t cover those, though we do recommend keeping your Loon’rs a safe distance from volcanoes.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We stand by our boots, but if you wake up one day and decide Sunshine Daydream just isn’t your color, we can’t help with that. (Though we think Sunshine Daydream is pretty great.)

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact the Seller: First, reach out to the friendly folks you bought your Loon’rs from. If that doesn’t work, or if you bought directly from us, we’ll make it easy on you. Fill our our Return Authorization form at this link and we will assist you from there.  
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll need proof of purchase (remember that golden ticket?) and the product returned to the seller or directly to us. 
  3. Evaluation and Resolution: Once we’ve taken a look, if your claim is legit, we’ll repair or replace your boots with a shiny new pair (or one of equal value). If your original boots have walked off into the sunset (discontinued), we’ll find you a suitable replacement.

Limitation of Liability:

While our boots are designed to tackle just about anything, they’re not snake-proof, lava-proof, or immune to alien invasions. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your Loon'rs, and we’re not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Basically, if you manage to out-adventure your Loon’rs, that’s on you.

Legal Rights:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you might have other rights that vary depending on where you live. Either way, we’re here to make sure your feet stay happy.
