Tips for Choosing Your Size
- Use Your Usual Size: Look up your regular shoe size to find your match in the chart above. Loon’r boots are made to fit comfortably with a little extra room.
- Go Smaller on the Cusp: If your shoe size is at the top end of one range, we recommend going with the lower size range rather than sizing up. The liner will "pack out" slightly after initial use, so we often find it is ok if the boots are a little snug right out of the box (but not so snug it's uncomfortable!).
- Unisex Fit for All: Our boots are built to accommodate a variety of foot shapes, so whether you’re used to men’s or women’s sizes, you’ll find a fit that works.
FAQs About Sizing
-
How do Loon’r boots fit?
Loon’r boots generally fit true to size, with a touch of extra room to keep you comfortable and allow for easy on-and-off. -
Are the boots roomy enough for wide feet?
Absolutely! Our unisex sizing and slightly roomier fit are perfect for wider feet, so you can enjoy winter adventures without feeling squeezed. -
What if I’m between sizes?
We Suggest going with the lower size range. The liner will "pack out" slightly after initial use, so we often find it is ok if the boots are a little snug right out of the box (but not so snug it's uncomfortable!). -
Will the liner change over time?
Yes, the liner will often "pack out" slightly during use, particularly if you are on the "snug" end of boot fit. As you wear them, you should find that your feet have more room in the liners/boots.
Description
The Loon’r Hi Flyer isn’t here to mess around. Built for deep drifts, sideways sleet, and spontaneous snowball fights, this tall boot goes where other footwear fears to tread. Lightweight (under 3 lbs per pair), waterproof, and lined with cozy insulation, it keeps your feet toasty without slowing you down.
Each pair features a removable liner that’s easy to dry and even easier to love, a cinchable drawcord cuff to seal out the slop, and a tough-as-nails ABS toecap for extra protection when things get gnarly. Max traction rubber sole keeps you steady on icy sidewalks and snowy trails, while the featherlight EVA shell makes them a dream to wear all day long.
It’s your snowstorm sidekick, your sled-hill champion, your “let’s go hike in that blizzard” boot. And the colorways? Bold, bright, and unapologetically loud—because just surviving winter is boring. Slush, mud, snow, ice—these boots were built for the yuck. Go ahead and get into it.

My husband and I bought loon'r boots for our trip to Niseko, Japan and we arent sure what we would have done without them. They kept our feet dry and warm in lots of snow and were so comfy to put on after skiing all day. We now love wearing them around town when it snows in Boulder. 10/10 would recommend.
Bought my daughter a pair for Christmas. Then, I HAD to get my granddaughter a pair. They absolutely are the most comfortable, warm and lightweight boots ever. Even if they appear a little bulbous.
These boots will actually keep you warm! living in one of colorado's coldest towns, these are amazing!!! and the color is such a vibe, I get so many compliments and am surprised how comfy + light weight they are
I got these for myself to wear both trudging through my yard and to outdoor winter football games because they’re in one of my favourite team’s colours. (GO BILLS!)
My adult kids gave me a hard time because they’re “so big and so bright” (two things I loved about them 😂) but somehow I keep finding my boots by the door with snow on them. Those guys keep wearing my boots! I asked why. They said “They’re super easy to slip on and off and they keep my feet warm.”
Well, duh, guys.
And I think they’re incredibly comfortable in addition to keeping my feet warm and dry. So if warm, dry, comfortable feet are the goal, and you love bright colours, these are the boots for you! They sure are for me! And my sons: no matter what they say 😂
Lightweight, super warm, grippy on ice, and eye-popping blue. What is not to love?!
