If your job depends on being warm and dry, your boots should too. Ski patrollers, snowmaking crews, EMTs running snowy 2 a.m. calls, firefighters working a structure fire in 12°F, soldiers home on leave who'd rather not freeze on a dog walk. You keep winter moving. We'd like you in our boots.

Who qualifies

Four buckets. Pick the closest, hit Apply, and the form will know who you are.

Outdoor professionals

If your office is a mountain, a glacier, a rope, or a snow gun, you qualify. Ski instructors and ski patrol, mountain guides, avalanche educators, snowmaking crews, lift ops, search & rescue, climbing guides, adaptive sports staff, outdoor educators, hut keepers, and the rest of the people who make a season run.

Military & veterans

Active duty, reserve, National Guard, and veterans. Any branch. We don't need war stories, just a DD 214, an active ID, or a VA card photo at verification.

First responders

Fire, EMS, paramedics, and police, sworn or civilian. Dispatchers count. Volunteer departments count. Wildland fire counts. If your shift includes weather and a radio, you're in.

Nurses, EMTs in hospitals, lab techs, home-health workers. Teachers doing recess duty in February. Bus drivers, crossing guards, paraeducators, school nurses. If your job involves real winter and a real shift, send us your story.

How it works

    Apply. Fill out the form below. Tell us your tier, your role, and where you work. Two minutes, tops.
  2. 02
    Verify. We'll email you within two business days asking for a quick photo of your work ID, badge, DD 214, or whatever proof fits your tier. A blurry phone pic is fine. We don't keep the image once you're approved.
  3. 03
    Code in your inbox. Your personal Pro Deal code, good on any boot. One pair a season is the spirit of the thing. Outfit your crew? Email us, and we'll work something out.

Which tier are you?

The fine print

  • One application per person. Your code is personal, not transferable, and not for resale. If we see a code in the wild, we kill it.
  • Boots only. Pro pricing applies to full-price boots. Replacement liners stay at standard pricing.
  • No stacking. Pro codes don't combine with sale prices, seasonal promos, or other discount codes.
  • Shipping is on you. Free shipping doesn't apply to Pro Deal orders. Standard shipping rates at checkout.
  • Returns work differently. Pro Deal orders are returnable within 30 days, but boots must be unworn and in original packaging. Exchanges only, no cash refunds. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full picture.
  • We may re-verify. Annually, or if your role changes. Same painless process as your first application.
