Not covered

What we don't.

  • Normal wear and tear Scuffs, scratches, miles on the tread. Those are badges of honor, not defects. Wear them with pride.
  • Damage from misuse Our boots are tough, but not invincible. Bonfires, heaters, boot warmers, lawnmowers, knives, sharp objects, any heat source or blade. That's on you.
  • Acts of Dog Dogs are fans of our boots. Often a little too enthusiastically. Chew toy, tug-of-war, midnight snack. Loon'rs don't survive those. Not our story to make right.
  • Acts of Nature Fire, floods, avalanches. Can't help. We do recommend keeping your Loon'rs a safe distance from volcanoes.

At Loon'r, we believe life's too short to have cold, wet, or uncomfortable feet. Our limited warranty is built to make sure you get the most out of your boots, so you can focus on enjoying the great (and sometimes chilly) outdoors.

Most winter boots fail before they should. Soles separate after one season. Liners pack out. Cuffs blow out. The industry treats it like a feature.

We picked materials and a build that holds up. Slip-on EVA shells that flex without cracking, removable liners that survive being washed, drawstring cuffs that hold their shape. Then we backed it with real coverage so you don't have to wonder.

If something goes wrong inside that window, we make it right. That's the deal.
