What we make right.
- Manufacturing defects, 12 months.If something fails because of how it was made, we make it right: a cracked shell, a separated sole, a busted cuff cord, a leak in a boot that's meant to be waterproof.
- Liners, 90 days.Liner blowout on a Hi Flyer or Lo Rider? Covered for 90 days.
- Socks, 12 months.Seams that let go, knit flaws, holes that arrived that way, dye that runs. One replacement per pair, and keep the old ones. Free pairs get the same coverage.
- Returns and exchanges, 30 days.Size, fit or color not working? Free exchanges for 30 days, and free returns in the lower 48. Returns and exchanges
What we don't.
- Normal wear.Scuffs, scratches, miles on the tread, socks worn thin the honest way. Badges of honor, not defects.
- Misuse.Bonfires, heaters, boot warmers, lawnmowers, knives, sharp objects, any heat source or blade. Tough boots, not invincible ones.
- Acts of Dog.Chew toy, tug-of-war, midnight snack. Loon'rs don't survive those.
- Laundry gremlins.Pilling is wool being wool. Hot dryers and bleach are between you and your laundry room.
- Acts of Nature.Fire, floods, avalanches. We do recommend keeping your Loon'rs a safe distance from volcanoes.

Warranty questions
How long do they last? Will the foam crack?
Many winters, for most people. The sole and liner show wear first: liners are replaceable, soles aren't, so when the tread goes, the boot retires. EVA can crack if it's stored wrong, so keep them upright, at room temperature and out of direct sun between wears. Manufacturing defects are covered by the Yuckproof Guarantee.

Can I buy replacement liners?
Yes, for the Hi Flyer and Lo Rider. Liners are sold separately and size-matched to your boot (shop liners). A lot of people keep a second pair to swap in while the first one dries. The Sidekick's faux shearling is built in.

My dog chewed my liner (or a toggle). Help.
Your dog has good taste. Liners are in the shop. Toggles, drawstrings and clips aren't, so email hello@loonr.com with a photo and your order number and we'll figure something out, usually free or for the cost of shipping. Aftermarket insoles are welcome if you want more arch support. We do not sell replacement dogs.

How do I clean and dry them?
Hose them down, or wipe the shell with a rag and a little mild soap. Pull the liner out and let it air out; for a real wash, run it on a gentle cycle and hang it to dry (a fan speeds it up). Never the dryer, and keep the shells away from fires, radiators and heat vents: heat shrinks EVA. More on the boot care page.
