Boots ship free in all 50 states
Every pair of boots ships free, Alaska and Hawaii included.
Shipping and returnsDog at the door, coffee going cold, somewhere to be? Pull them on and cinch the cuff. The cinch lock holds it, so there's nothing to tie. Step on the heel tab to step out. The lugged rubber outsole grips on ice and slush.
Rated to -25°F and comfortable up to about +50°F. The foam, the removable liner and the cinch cuff work as one comfort control system, so they don't go back in the closet when the snow melts.
How did I live in the mountains without these boots?!

Sizing is the question we get asked most. Here's the whole answer.
Rebuilt from the inside out. Five changes you'll feel on the daily walk.
Sharper look. The toe cap sits flush now, and the cuff is softer on your shins.
We taught the foam to stay loose when it's freezing. Now they walk like boots, not bricks. Warmer, too.
The liner leveled up. Pull it out, wash it, let it dry, tuck it back in. It dries quickly.
A little tab that keeps your liner home. You step out, it stays put.
More boot under your feet where it counts. Your arches noticed.
I wore these boots 50 to 60 hours every week and my feet always stayed warm, dry, and comfortable… With Loon'rs, just my thin ski socks. Step in a deep puddle, no water gets in.
I literally opened the box, put the Loon'rs on, and went straight outside to shovel. There was about six inches of snow and sleet on the ground, but my feet stayed dry, the boots were comfortable, and I didn't slip once.
I've been looking for a boot I could just slip on and go… Loon'r boots fit fantastically. They're waterproof and my feet stay warm.
The stuff people actually email us about.
Start with your normal shoe size, the one you think you are before a new brand tells you otherwise. Want a second opinion? Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, measure the distance in inches, and match that to our . Our boots are unisex sized: the chart shows men's and women's columns side by side because the same physical boot fits both. If you fall between sizes, see the half-size question below.
True to size. Order your normal shoe size. Between sizes? Size down. If your closet can't agree on what size you are, measure your foot (see above) and let the chart break the tie.
Size down. Our liner is built thick and breaks in after a few wears, so a snug-not-squished fit out of the box settles to just-right. Going up is where too much heel slip comes from: if you can't walk normally once they've settled in, you went a step too big. Order the smaller of the two, and exchange free within 30 days if it's not quite right.
The EVA shell doesn't compress around the sides the way leather does. We're still gathering wide-foot feedback on this season's boots, so if yours turn out snug, exchanges are free for 30 days.
No. We redesigned the EVA to flex in the cold, so the boots walk like boots instead of like blocks.
Comfortable across a wide range, roughly -25°F to +50°F. The cold rating gets the headlines, but the EVA insulates without cooking your feet, so these hold up from deep winter through mud season and shoulder weather. (Assumes a sock, the liner in, and you moving around.) Customers wear them for snow shoveling, dog walks, eight-hour outdoor shifts, and the school run when the forecast can't decide which side of the bed to get out of.
psst. b-sideYes. We couldn't bear the name of one of nature's most waterproof birds if we weren't. The EVA shell doesn't absorb water, and the cinch cuff keeps snow out. Wet snow, slush, puddles, spring rain. All fine. Walk across a river and the boots will float; we still recommend not doing that.
psst. b-sideYes. Liners are sold separately and size-matched to your boot (shop liners). A lot of customers buy a second pair so they can rotate liners for drying. If your dog chewed yours (it happens, we get the emails), email hello@loonr.com with a photo, we'll figure something out.
Pairs are shipping now, earlier orders first. Standard ground delivery is 3 to 7 business days within the continental US once we ship. We'll send a tracking number when your order ships. All boots ship free, Alaska and Hawaii included. Smaller items (replacement liners, parts) ship for $12.99, or free once your order hits $80.
You have 30 days from the day your boots are delivered, and what counts is when you ask, not when the box gets back to us. Exchanges are free, both ways. Returns are free in the lower 48; from Alaska and Hawaii, we send a prepaid label and take its cost out of your refund. Boots should be unused, or worn only enough to figure out the fit (a couple of indoor laps around the house counts; a snowy outdoor walk doesn't). Once we send your label, get the box to the carrier within 14 days. Start a return at our Returns & Exchanges page and we'll walk you through it. Refunds usually land on your card within five business days, depending on your bank. Exchanges ship as soon as we process the inbound. Holiday orders placed November 25 through December 24 have until January 15.
The Loon'r Lo Rider fits like a slipper and works like a boot. Waterproof, rated to -25°F, no laces to fight, in 11 loud colors. Same backbone as the Hi Flyer, lower to the ground, with a removable liner. Built for mud season, dog walks, and grocery runs that don't require gaiters.
12-month manufacturer's warranty on any boot that fails before you do. Covers cracking, separating soles, broken cinch hardware, leaks. Removable liners are covered for 90 days from delivery. Does not cover dogs. Does not cover lawnmowers. Submit a photo with your order number, we'll sort it.
Spray the EVA with the garden hose. The liner washes on gentle and hangs to dry; a fan speeds it up.
Keep the shell away from heat.
Don't stage your boots on the front step in July sun for the gram (the color holds up but UV is not their friend).

We were living out of a van during mud season, and we were not graceful about it. The unsung heroes of that week were the winter boots we'd brought back from Japan almost as an afterthought. Light, easy, warm. The boots we put on without thinking and somehow never took off.
So we made our own. The Lo Rider is the one we reach for most. Errands, dog walks, post-ski parking lots, breakfast burrito runs. The boot you put on and forget you're wearing.

The whole story
Pull the damp one, drop in the spare and head back out while the first one airs out.
Gentle cycle, then hang it to dry. A fan speeds it up.
The shell keeps going. The liner gets a refresh.
The dog's third walk. The puddle dare. The porch hang that runs late. Slip them on and the answer is yes.
